A Priceless Phone Call.

I got a call from Australia today,
it is from Y-Ming.

He is my friends since primary school in Hong Kong.
Same as mi, we also take study very carelessly (actually is near complete hack care).

The only different is he spent his free time with people and games,
i spent my time with some hardcore computer hobbyists, during secondary school.

Then i come to sg, while he choose to stay in hk to continue his study.
He has finished his university education while i still stuck with the *ahem*, waiting for the university to start next year.

With the outgoing personality and extremely daring attitude,
he has gone to Australia to experience life there with just hkd10000 (approx sgd2000).

He is still alive there, work and travel and play, work and travel and play, non-stop in a very happening way.
He maintain his income and expense balance. Independently spent 9 months there with friends. And he even get a car there.

It sounds like a very fun experience to mi.
Really wish i will have a chance to do that.

But anyway, the key point for this post is what he told mi:
We have limited resources, limited space, limited love. Dont make everybody happy.

We wanted to be good boy since young.
But due to some reasons, we are always far from the good-boy's standard.

Then, we wanted to be good to the people around us.
Treat everything with our earnest enthusiasm.

We both spent countless of time in school activities.
I was hyperactively involved in many school clubs' activity back then. He was the chairman of the student union in his pre-u school.

We had tried very hard to be a nice guy, and to give back the society,
for what the society has generously gave us.

But... I am now quite often forced to be a bastard toward my colleague.
It makes mi feeling really really damn bad.

He reasoned to mi that, actually i do not need to feel bad to be a bastard sometimes.
In anyway, you will be a bastard toward some people. So, just be yourself.

If you treat your work too seriously, you will be a bastard to your girlfriend and family.
If you treat your girlfriend too seriously, you will be a bastard to your work and family.
If you treat your family too seriously, you will be a bastard to your work and girlfriend.
If you try to treat everything too seriously, you are a bastard to yourself.

Well. Make sense.
It makes mi feel better toward my work.. ha...

Wish i can be a good man after i go back to the student live, eight months later...

Merry Christmas =)

Wish everybody has a Merry Christmas at this year end~

I spent my Christmas in a very special way - walking a "nature walk" with my friend Alan.
It is actually walking to mountain, around 800+ meters high.

Walk till half dead and pain everywhere. ha.
Too long never really exercise my cardio.

It is super fun to see clouds flying just in front of you.
It is really that high.

Did not take much photos, as the fog is too thick.
Will upload after i am back to sg.

To my surprise, there are quite a number of people spend the Christmas this way.
I saw a family, both husband and wife, carrying a baby with two big dogs to walk the mountain. I seriously have no idea how they carry their baby till that high. lolx.

Anyway, wish you have spend your Christmas meaningfully.

Everyone is Saying Time Fly

Everyone is saying time fly at the end of the year,
but i dont really feel this way.

Life would only be flying when you are doing something meaningful,
Hai, i think my life will go very slowly for another half year...

Till then....

Heavy Hearted.

Suppose to be a very very joyful day today.
But i just dont know why i kept on thinking about my workplace.

Met nece and shida today, it is like near to a year never see their face.
They still look the same. Ha.

Tomorrow will be flying to Hong Kong, it is something i have longed for a year,
but my heart just doesnt feel anything special.

My emotion is still quite tensed up,
thanks to the morons from my workplace. Hai.

Not long ago i was chatting with jenny online, just before i go back to company.
And i told her this...

"i think if i study applied psychology then go into MyWorkPlace.. and study all those ppl inside, i can write a master quality paper... graduate directly when ContractFinish..."

Till now, i still feel that way.
What a company, hai...

Nevermind, i shall leave the zoo for a while.
See you next year, hahaha.........

The Year is Ending Soon

Time for myself to do the year end reflection.
I do it at the end of every year, mainly is to think about whether how much resources i have contributed and / or burnt from the universe. How good / bad i am considered as a human being. How should i adjust / balance my id and superego to make mi more suitable to the earth. Review targets set in last year, how many have i accomplished. And setting the next year's short term and long term targets for myself.

The only different for this year is that, i will be doing in hk.
It has been quite long since i have a chance to spend my christmas there. ha.

May be it is due to weather or my company,
i feel i am losing passion in many things i used to love.

Dont really like this feeling.
It makes mi feel so old and bored. Hai.

I think i have treated death too lightly.
It does not do much harm to the one who are committing, but affect the others who associate with the one seriously in micro scale. Be it a human, animal or even an ant... Ya, but it does not affect in term the universe...

One More Week to My Block Leave

Going to have my block leave very soon.
My morale is damn high, although company is still messy as usual.

Most of the long term middle and big bosses have left for holiday.
Basically the office only left some 小卒 like mi around.

Generally most are in holiday mood,
but, still, we have quite a lot of works / training to clear before x'mas comes.

However, expected to get some shit in my company before holiday starts.
Well, nevermind, like i would care, ha........

I Learn a lot in Sitex IT Show

Nothing can beat talking with wise people and learn new things.
Further more, it makes mi realise some personal stuff, unexpected.

The funniest part is - i learn from an insurance finance manager in an IT show.

Yesterday, i met Celine for lunch then head to sitex,
walk till legs super tired and we decide to find a place to sit and eat.

After we get a table, three ladies come and ask if they can share the table.
Ya, sure, no problem.

Celine helped mi to buy a ice long yan from the store, she herself has ice long yan plus almond jelly.
After we get the food, we started to complain how pathetic the bowls of ice dessert are, so small and primitive and yet so expensive.

The lady observe our conversation then then start to talk with us.
Or rather, one of the lady there start chatting with Celine.

They started an hour of conversation.
Honestly, i am amazed by how they talk.

They dont know each other but talk like they have been friends for live.
Is it general women' ability or their ability? I dont know...

But anyway, the conversation is really interesting,
It deserves a slot inside my blog... lolx.
